What are the HERoes Women Role Model Lists?

The HERoes Women Role Model Lists supported by Yahoo Finance are a powerful reflection of the incredible achievements of women in the business community. Lists are published annually and showcase 100 Women Executives, 50 Women Future Leaders and 50 Advocate Executives.

There are three different Role Model lists:

1. 100 Women Executives

100 women who are leading by example and driving change to increase gender diversity in the workplace. Nominees for this category are working within three levels from the chief executive within large organisations, or are leaders of smaller organisations.

2. 50 Women Future Leaders

50 inspirational women who are not yet senior leaders in an organisation but are making a significant contribution to gender diversity at work.

3. 40 Advocate Executives

Senior leaders who are advocates for women in business and dedicated to creating a more diverse and inclusive business environment for women. Nominees for this category are working within three levels from the chief executive within large organisations, or are leaders of smaller organisations.
