LUMINARY FELLOWSHIp Program 

JPMorgan Chase & Co. has long focused on empowering women, and the Women on the Move program is the firm’s commitment to creating meaningful change. 

Women on the Move started as an internal, firm-wide program to empower women employees to grow their careers. In 2018, JPMorgan Chase expanded this commitment externally to fuel all women’s ambitions and advance financial equality. Today, Women on the Move’s key objectives are to help women expand their businesses, improve financial health and accelerate career growth.

In 2019, JPMorgan Chase made a three-year commitment to lend $10 billion to women entrepreneurs by 2021. The firm has surpassed this goal, extending more than $12.7 billion in credit to fuel over 436,000 women-owned businesses. This does not include the support provided to women-owned businesses during the pandemic through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).

JPMorgan Chase firmly believes that individuals have the ability to be resilient. As a community, there is power to come back stronger together. The Chase for Business Luminary Fellowship Program is supporting businesses owned or founded by women, awarding a total of 150 fellowships, with at least 50% awarded to women of color. 

This program gives fellows access to Luminary’s extensive global community, introductions, workshops, coaching, mentoring and The Luminary Collective, a business marketplace. Fellows will also receive best-in-class thought leadership, opportunities and insights from our partner Chase for Business.
