Getting women back into the workforce.
The Covid-19 pandemic has driven more than 5 million women out of the workforce since February 2020. The headlines about the pandemic’s impact on women in the workforce continue to worsen, threatening to wipe out decades of progress and advancement in creating a more diverse and equitable workplace. Investing in women is a key factor in our economic recovery but also the future of work.
The Indeed Luminary Fellowship is supporting women and women of color impacted by the pandemic, awarding a total of 150 Fellowships.
The program gives Indeed Fellows access to ongoing education, incremental support for job placement, coaching and mentoring, leadership training, content and community, professional networks, guidance, and exposure. Fellows also receive best-in-class thought leadership, opportunities and insights from our partner Indeed.
In addition, Luminary worked with Indeed's strategic partner, Goodwill® , the world’s leading workforce provider, to select Fellowship recipients from across a variety of its workforce training programs offered in communities nationwide.
* You must be at least 18 years of age or older to apply.
