Among many things, I'm a wellness advocate, so naturally, the feel-good effect has been the motto of my work. 2015 was the most emotionally challenging period of my life. prescribed meds caused suicidal thoughts + increased my anxiety levels, but in turn, it led me to a holistic healing journey + the birth of hustle + flo™ - a multifunctional wellness brand. as a Latina-owned + Brooklyn-based brand, our mission is to supercharge habits that enhance daily well-being through the healing benefits of certified-organic plant-powered goodness designed to improve sleep, enhance focus, manage stress, and reduce inflammation + pain. Beyond product, we cultivate community through thoughtfully curated multi-sensory experiences where humans connect, unearth the healing benefits of the plant + discover new ways to invest in their well-being.

What's something you would tell your younger self when it comes to your career now knowing what you know today?

Be you, ALL of you everywhere you go! Love yourself unconditionally and wholeheartedly. Don't place your worth in the hands of anyone or anything. Life goes by fast - explore the world and wander with curiosity. Live freely and on your own terms. Curve balls are part of this journey, it's up to you to find the lessons in them. Always remember, for those of us who don't settle, life will always be a stretch.
