Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?
I am a nurse and an attorney with a law practice that serves other healthcare workers in business. I started my practice years ago but didn't have the courage to go full time until the pandemic happened and now I am transitioning out of healthcare and into full time entrepreneurship.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?
What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?
I did not have a budget and I was not focused on how I was going to grow, I just wanted to grow by any means so I made some investments that should not have been made early on in a business.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Boundaries and internal systems that can be shared with my team on how to assess and take on or decline opportunities.
How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?
I am a natural born educator and connector. Each of my clients get to meet with me and we work on non-traditional tasks that will enrich them and enrich their business.
What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?
You are enough and you do not need anyone to validate that.

I have loved Luminary since the day I stepped foot in the space over a year and a half a go. Luminary has opened my eyes to strong women networks and how to leverage and pivot when things get tough.
