How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?** I am a nurse and an attorney with a law practice that serves other healthcare workers in business. I started my practice years ago but didn't have the courage to go full time until the pandemic happened and now I am transitioning out of healthcare and into full time entrepreneurship. **What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?** I am a risk taker and I execute even if that means I may fail. I fail, fail forward and fix it along the way. **What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?** I did not have a budget and I was not focused on how I was going to grow, I just wanted to grow by any means so I made some investments that should not have been made early on in a business. **What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?** Boundaries and internal systems that can be shared with my team on how to assess and take on or decline opportunities. **How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?** I am a natural born educator and connector. Each of my clients get to meet with me and we work on non-traditional tasks that will enrich them and enrich their business. **What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?** You are enough and you do not need anyone to validate that. **What impact has Luminary made in your career? eg: Business Generated, Revenue, New Clients, Career Connections, Advancement Opportunities**  I have loved Luminary since the day I stepped foot in the space over a year and a half a go.
