Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?

After a devastating divorce, I asked the question, "Why did my marriage fail?" Soon, my inquiry expanded to: "Why is marriage failing?" After studying with the world's leading psychologists for nearly 15 years, I decided to build the world's best curriculum to give women practical tools to succeed at love, money and purpose. My work is often featured in international publications, like Well + Good and "Marie Claire." And, I travel the world, coaching thought leaders into higher levels of consciousness.

What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?

Tenacity. Building a business from the ground up is hard! But, I'm a true Taurus--and once we commit, we never give up.

What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?

Early in my business, I wanted to serve everyone. As I niched my business (serving the world's most intelligent, beautiful and spiritually-evolved women) and raised my prices, I attracted a better clientele and was able to set bigger goals at a faster pace (with much less energy drain.)

What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?

Delegation. I always want my hands on all aspects of my business, but it's slowing progress.

How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?

I welcome all women who are interested in elevation of consciousness.

What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?

The goal drives the subconscious towards success. So, always have it clearly defined from the outset.

What impact has Luminary made in your career? eg: Business Generated, Revenue, New Clients, Career Connections, Advancement Opportunities

I love being in a community of like-minded entrepreneurs! I've met some incredible people already.
