**Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?**

I taught Dale Carnegie courses and did sales support training and realized God had given me a gift of being able to engage, equip and empower people to greater success.

**What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?**

Communication skills, Integrity, Responsiveness, Energy, Leadership.

**What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?**

I did business with a client without a contract because they were a friend and didn't get paid. Moral: Business is business regardless of the relationship.

**What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?**

Becoming more technology savvy.

**How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?**

I am often called the Queen of Networking as I am always connecting like minded business professionals and their services together and inviting them to my table.

**What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?**

How quickly we must be able to change in the face of adversity and challenges as a service based business owner.

**What impact has Luminary made in your career? eg: Business Generated, Revenue, New Clients, Career Connections, Advancement Opportunities**

Great workshops that help you navigate the entrepreneurial journey.
