Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?

Before leaving a successful career in the world of luxury goods, I began to look at life thru a new lens, asking myself, how do I want to show up in the world. I began doing a lot of inner work. I wrote my memoir, published by Hay House and from there, there was going back. I stepped into the truth of who I was. I became a coach and consultant, combining my expertise in business, psychology and eastern philosophy. I now support women entrepreneurs, start ups, any woman, who is ready to define their lives and ready to harness their power as authentic leaders.

How are you overcoming challenges during the pandemic as a business owner?

I continue to show up, and serve my clients. Together we pivot and find new ways of doing business. Turning doubts and insecurity into assets. This is the time for innvoation, stepping into curiousity and possibilty, which fuel new ideas and a new way of being in the world.

What does your day to day schedule look like working from home?

As a sales executive I have always worked remotely. I feel like the world now understand what it takes to work from home. It takes a lot of discipline and self motivation. I keep set hours and schedule everything on my calendar, including taking breaks and hard stops.

In what ways are you taking care of your personal well being and what are your #selfcare tips?

Sleep and meditation are critcal for me. I also love begin my day chanting. Long walks when the streets are quite, and no calls after 6:00pm

How are you inviting others to take a seat at the table #virtually?

Attending the workshops to stay connected and meet other members.
