What is a Luminary Cru?

A Luminary Cru is a small accountability cohort of strategically-matched individuals, facilitated by an expert guide (think of them as an executive coach), who meet and peer coach each other in monthly gatherings of up to 90 minutes for 6 months.

Each Luminary Cru is created using a careful, AI-based matching system with a human overlay that considers profession, goals, demographic, and values. This ensures that each Member feels comfortable within their Crus while still getting access to a diverse range of thoughts and ideas.

In other words, the best form of collaboration.

Dedicated Monthly Check-Ins

Meet in monthly gatherings of up to 90 minutes for 6 months with your peer coach (also known as a Cru Guide) and your Cru, dedicated to holding space and facilitating support and success for each individual’s goals.

You’ll be matched with up to 8 individual Members who consider themselves peers. You’ll hold each other accountable in achieving your respective goals while providing advice and solutions.
