I have over 18 years of experience at Chase. I support minority entrepreneurs through 1:1 coaching and mentoring, presenting educational seminars and provide banking services in the community.
Claire joined J.P. Morgan Chase 17 years ago and have been responsible for managing and developing client relationships, grow deposits, treasury services, lending and other financial services to local business owners. In 2018 I joined the NE market expansion team to build this critical market. As part of my commitment to the community, I have served on the board of The Asian Chamber of Commerce, the board of VN TeamWork Inc, and president of NECINA.
I’ll work with you to help achieve your goals by making your business banking as simple as possible. I can provide you access to the broader team of experts in areas such as cash management, credit solutions, and other business services.

As a Minority Entrepreneur consultant Johnny provides a range of resources from educational seminars to banking solutions. community resources-provided through1:1 coaching with Senior Business Consultants.
Johnny holds an MBA from Brandeis University in Management and Social Policy where he focused his studies on revitalizing local State and City economic development centers by way of new market tax credits. Johnny holds a BA in Communications with a focus on Journalism and Business Management.
With over 10 years of experience in financial services, Johnny has held a number of positions centered on economic development and community restoration. Including, Director of Economic Development at Dorchester Bay Economic Development Corporation. Prior to this role, Johnny served as the first Managing Director of the Boston Ujima Project. He currently serves on the board of South Eastern Economic Development Corporation (SEED) and Tenacity Boston.
Johnny Charles currently lives in Quincy MA and spends his free time creatively engaging with his 10-year son Eli, reading and jogging.

Sabrina Antoine Correia is a Financial Coach & Community Organizer in Boston. She is a local ambassador for Chase Bank whose job is to build and nurture relationships with key community leaders, nonprofit partners and small businesses at the neighborhood level. Sabrina hosts financial health workshops, facilitates non-profit partnerships and offers community programming. She is helping to advance racial equity by supporting Black and Latinx communities with tools and resources to help them improve their financial wellbeing.
She holds a B.A. in Economics from Smith College and a Certificate in Non-profit Management from Tufts University. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband Jeff, serving on the Board of Fenway High School, volunteering with the Cummings Foundation, leading social action initiatives with her sorority, Delta Sigma Theta Sorority Inc., engaging in outdoor activities such as long distance running, hiking and traveling across the world.
In 2021, Sabrina was recognized and presented with the “Black Excellence on the Hill” Community Impact Citation by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts House of Representatives
