Women in the Workplace Study 2020

Luminary and Bustle teamed up to debut the “Women in The Workplace" study in May of 2020 to learn more about the impacts of Covid-19 on women early on in the pandemic . This was not Luminary’s first study but the first time ever a women's space embarked on a national study of this kind and magnitude. 

Our study surveyed 2,000 participants and underscored how the pandemic impacted the future of work for women, remote schooling, opportunities for women and women entrepreneurs, and the creation of the 'She-cession' (coined by C. Nicole Mason to mark the current slowdown in women’s progress for pay equity and gender equality at work).
