How did you get started on your current career path/journey?
I'm the Co-Founder of the CBD lifestyle brand Buena Botanicals. As a young mother, I struggled with my mental health and decided it was time to make a change. Going to therapy, learning about and implementing holistic healing practices changed my life. I have a love for the product development cycle and apply this to my experience to the development of cruelty-free, eco-friendly, and natural products for Buena Botanicals. I enjoy being an entrepreneur and putting my energy towards products that not only benefit my community, but also the planet.
How do you define success?
Being able to live out my life comfortably and on my own terms. Having the resources to be able to secure a future for me and my family.
What's something you would tell your younger self about your journey or career - knowing what you know today?
Life often has its twists and turns. Everyone's path is different and often doesn't go as expected. Be open and embrace change.
