Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path?

I am beyond thrilled to have started my wellness business, and it all began with a simple realization. As a woman, I noticed that there was a lack of resources and support available to help us navigate our health and wellness journeys. It's not just about going to the gym or eating a salad – it's about finding balance, practicing self-care, and discovering integrative ways of healing. I wanted to create a space that could bridge the gap in our health outcomes and empower women to take control of their wellbeing. One thing that particularly struck me was the burnout that many of my colleagues were experiencing. As professional working women, we often juggle multiple responsibilities and put our own health on the back-burner. But why should we have to sacrifice our wellbeing for the sake of our careers? That's where my wellness business comes in. I offer a variety of services and resources to help women prioritize their health and find more ease in their daily lives. Whether it's through one-on-one coaching, group workshops, or online resources, my goal is to help women feel empowered and supported on their wellness journeys. Starting a business is never easy, but seeing the impact that my work has had on women's lives makes it all worth it. It's a privilege to be able to help women take control of their health and wellbeing, and I'm excited to see where this journey takes me. If you're a woman looking to prioritize your health and find more balance in your life, I invite you to join me on this journey. Together, we can make a difference and create a world where women's health is a priority.
