Tell us a bit about yourself?

As co-founder of Chief Marketing Partners, I am a senior marketing leader who helps organizations drive growth by aligning brand strategy and financial goals. My approach to brand development is informed by my broad experience as a chief marketing officer, advertising executive, not-for-profit board member, brand consultant, communications leader, and fundraiser. My work helps organizations tap the power of Brand-led Growth which can only be achieved by operationalizing brand throughout an organization to deliver an authentic and consistent experience to all stakeholders alike – customers, patrons, employees, partners, funders, investors, and the community.

How are you inviting others to take a seat at the table?

I co-founded Fly Female Founders with a group of amazing and talented women.

What do you find is the most rewarding aspect of what you do?

I get such satisfaction from working with super smart people who keep me my toes. I genuinely enjoy helping entrepreneurs and business leaders codify their brand for growth. And of course, I love mentoring, teaching, and supporting fellow female founders, solopreneurs, small business owners and young women aspiring to launch their own project.

What impact has Luminary made in your career? eg: Business Generated, Revenue, New Clients, Career Connections, Advancement Opportunities

Luminary has been a game changer for me -- the space has become the bright spot in my week. When I escape from my home office to work here a few days a week, good things happen. I love the women I meet here. They inspire me as does Cate and her team. I was introduced to Luminary by Sarinia Prabisi, the former CEO of Water Aid. Following my initial introduction, I began meeting at Luminary with my Inspiring Capital Social Impact Fellowship cohorts. That's is what inspired me to finally join, that and the realization that my dear friend and colleague Cari Sommer was also a member. And now, I am doing a writing workshop with another member, the talented writer and teacher, Ruthie Ackerman.I love the decor, the wine, the women, the snacks, the energy, the zen . . . what else is there to say? :-)
