Diane explained that being in charge is not aggressive, it doesn't have anything to do with anybody else, but instead is first and foremost a commitment to yourself and being true to who you are.

If you own your imperfections and vulnerabilities, it will become your strength. And finally, pay attention- listen and hear those around you because you never know who you will meet!
