Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?
After enduring two instances of verbal and sexual harassment in corporate, I left to begin my business as a Career Transition Coach, helping people transition industries and out of toxic work cultures.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?
What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?
Not outsourcing - hiring a VA was the best decision! Hire AND trust the expert - they know how to help you get things done much quicker - it's not worth it to stay up until 2 am doing tasks you don't have time for and don't like doing.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Scaling - working smarter, not harder!
How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?
Conversations around change - toxic work cultures, the need for 3rd party HR..oh & I'm always down for a LinkedIn Strategy Session - my other expertise is LinkedIn Marketing for SMBs.
What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?
The door to Entrepreneurship is open to everyone, it's those who take it that know what's on the other side of corporate.
