Tell us a bit about yourself! How did you get started with your current career path/business journey?
I popped up a tent at a farmers market with a folding table, chair and yarn and this began the journey of Breads & Threads.
What behavior or personality trait do you most attribute your success to, and why?
What’s a mistake you made early on in your career, or in your business, and what did you learn from it?
I made the mistake of allowing others to tell me what my business should be like or who I was supposed to be. I learned that my business IS me and that if I was not being real with myself and others, my business was also a farce.
What’s one professional skill you’re currently working on?
Obtaining my degree in Small Business Entrepreneurship Administration
How do you invite others to take a seat at the table?
Coffee and pastries always works 😉
What is one thing you wish you knew a year ago?
Nothing. If I had known what I know now, I would have been petrified.
